Dr. Terri Barrios

President

Dr. Barrios is an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona.  Dr. Barrios owns Mindful Sex and Relationship Therapy, LLC, a private practice specializing in sexual and relational issues.  Due to her inability to help all of those in need in her private practice, she co-founded TASTi Fund, Inc. to fill the gap in resources for those without private insurance and the financial means to self-pay.  Dr. Barrios strongly believes that sex therapy should be accessible to all and strives to break down barriers for those in need.

Erin Lowry

Vice President

Erin Lowry, LCSW, CST, is a licensed psychotherapist, Certified Sex Therapist, and Owner/Director of a trauma-focused relationship and sex therapy practice in Tucson, Arizona, Love Life Therapy Center, LLC. She and her team are dedicated to providing accessible sex therapy services. Through donations acquired through TASTi Fund, Inc., Erin hopes to foster inclusivity and breaking down of financial barriers to accessing services that are often out of reach for many, especially for marginalized communities and/or those who are underinsured/not insured. Together with community partners, Erin advocates for systemic change, aiming to create a future where anyone can experience intimacy without limitation.

Ari Myers

Secretary

Ari is a Clinical Therapist at Love Life Therapy Center under the supervision of Erin Lowry, LCSW, CST. Ari’s work centers around identity and gender exploration, relationship transitions, as well as healing and growth after trauma. Ari’s values center on access to quality therapy for all, and is committed to advocating for equitable care for those who need it.

Jaq Kainz

Treasurer

Jaq Kainz is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona currently completing his PhD in Sex Therapy through Modern Sex Therapy Institutes and working for Terri Barrios at Mindful Sex and Relationships Therapy. Jaq’s work focuses on helping individuals and couples to heal from sexual trauma and shame.
